Find the one that sounds like your week

“I want the AI to change real code, but not to surprise me with what it changed.”

Ship a feature without babysitting every edit

Plan first, fan the work out across isolated worktrees, review every diff in one place, and let the pull request wait for your approval rather than your attention.

7 steps

“The build fails on something I could have caught on my own machine.”

Find out before the build does

A workflow searches your code on a schedule, speaks up only when it finds something that blocks, and leaves what it found on a board. No AI runs in it, so checking costs nothing.

6 steps

“Explaining what the AI just did is slower than showing them.”

Work on the same conversation as someone else

Share a running session and both drive, or export a finished one as a file they can continue in their own copy.

4 steps

“I have months of configuration somewhere else and I am not rebuilding it by hand.”

Move your existing setup over in one pass

Agents, MCP servers, hooks, plans, memory and every conversation come across with labels that identify the imported items.

5 steps

“Monday starts with an hour of pulling numbers out of five different tools.”

Have Monday’s numbers before you open the laptop

A scheduled workflow with no AI in it computes the numbers once. The board reads what it produced, and the summary arrives on your phone.

7 steps

“The people I want to reach are on Instagram, and following, liking and answering them by hand eats the day.”

Grow an Instagram audience and answer the leads without living in the inbox

A workflow that ships with Plexon follows a few people a weekday from a rotating audience, likes a post or two, messages the ones who follow back and answers the replies that look like leads from facts you wrote. A board shows who is waiting for you.

5 steps

“The developers and founders I want to reach are on X, and following, liking and answering them by hand eats the day.”

Follow the right people on X and answer the leads without living in the inbox

A workflow that ships with Plexon follows a few people a weekday from searches you choose, likes their newest post, messages only the ones who follow back and answers the replies that look like leads from facts you wrote. A board shows who is waiting for you.

5 steps

“The figures I check every morning sit behind three different sign-ins, and none of those sites sends a report.”

Get the numbers from your signed-in dashboards in one morning message

A scheduled workflow opens the pages you name in a hidden browser window, on your own signed-in accounts, reads the figures and sends you one message. It opens only the sites its step lists.

5 steps

“The same questions arrive every day and each answer costs ten minutes.”

Stop answering the same twelve questions

Put the answers in a skill, let a hook draft the reply when a ticket lands, and keep a human on the send button.

6 steps

“The numbers live in a spreadsheet and nobody looks at it.”

Make the file nobody opens into the board everybody checks

Load the file once and its columns become available everywhere: in chat, in a workflow loop, and as a widget binding.

6 steps

“Either I watch the market all day or I miss the move.”

Stay on top of a portfolio without staring at charts

A board that is quiet until something happens, fed by scheduled runs, with a note written to the journal each time.

6 steps

“Leads arrive at all hours and the first reply is whenever someone next checks.”

Never let a lead go cold between the enquiry and the reply

A poll on the inbox, an AI step that pulls out what matters, a first touch inside a minute, and a second touch that only reaches the people who went quiet.

6 steps

“I want to reach the people in one sector on LinkedIn, and sending every invitation by hand is not a job.”

Grow a LinkedIn network in one sector without clicking Connect all day

A workflow that ships with Plexon works through one LinkedIn search on weekdays, a few people per run, and welcomes the ones who accept. It stays under the limits LinkedIn users report as safe and stops at the first notice.

5 steps

“The companies most likely to need me are the ones that opened last week, and I only hear about them by accident.”

Find newly registered companies in my sector

A workflow that ships with Plexon reads the Greek business registry every weekday morning for companies registered in the sectors and prefectures you choose, scores each new one against what you sell and files the fits as leads with a Greek opener.

6 steps

“The assets, the copy and the schedule live in four tools and none of them talk.”

Take a campaign from brief to posted

Pull the brand’s own design language off its site, generate the assets, cut them together with narration, and publish on a schedule.

6 steps

“I want somewhere to think that is not going to end up in a training set.”

Think out loud, on one machine, and have it remembered

Speak instead of typing, let the consolidation pass connect what you said, ask questions about your own past decisions, and seal the whole thing behind a passcode.

6 steps

“Everything is called IMG_9084.PNG and most of it is screenshots.”

Clear forty thousand screenshots out of a photo folder

It reads each file to work out what it is, so it still finds them after an export renamed everything. Camera photos are recognised separately and left alone.

4 steps

“I correct the same things every week and it never sticks.”

Stop re-explaining the same preferences

Feedback becomes rules, sessions become skills, and the order things are suggested in follows what you actually take.

4 steps

“The research is in twelve places and the draft is in a thirteenth.”

Write something long without losing the sources

Read the sources where they are, let the graph keep track of what came from where, and write with every claim traceable.

6 steps

“Our customers ask the same product questions and our team answers them one at a time.”

Give your customers an assistant that knows your product

Package a persona with your own knowledge, your own connectors and your own workflows, and hand it to customers through the app they already downloaded.

5 steps

“A new hire spends their first week setting up tools instead of doing the job.”

Make day one an install and a sign-in

Everything the role needs travels in one bundle: the persona, its boards, its scheduled workflows, its sample data and its connectors, delivered to the people entitled to it and locked against editing.

6 steps

“The report gets read during the appointment instead of before it.”

Walk into the appointment with the file already read

A role that loads the client’s file ahead of time, walks the results in order, cites the section behind every number, and drafts the follow-up for a human to send.

6 steps

“Everything the assistant would need to know is in a folder of PDFs, spreadsheets and slides that nobody has opened since last year.”

Teach Plexon what your company actually knows

Point at the folder. It converts what is in there, reads it, and writes a knowledge base the assistant consults afterwards: one document per subject, every figure copied exactly, and the places two documents disagree recorded rather than averaged.

5 steps

“Clients answer in pieces over a week, and by the time I have everything the useful parts are scattered across a thread nobody wants to re-read.”

Let a client build their own knowledge base by email

A bundled workflow watches your inbox for the clients you list, files what each one sends under their name, keeps a knowledge base for them current, and replies asking for exactly what is still missing. It stops asking after three rounds and hands you the folder.
