One account, or several

Single account is the default and the mode scheduled workflows need. Turn it off to connect work and personal side by side, and name which one to use in each request.

How you sign in

A browser sign-in with your Google account, the first time a tool runs. Single account is on by default; switch it off in setup to add more.

Whatever the method, you do it once. Credentials are encrypted and stay on your machine; the Plexon server never sees them. Activation is per workspace, so the connector can be on for one project and off for another.

Two ways to connect

Two Google tiles, split by what they cover. This one is the only one with Gmail, and it also brings Tasks, Forms, Chat, and Contacts. Google Drive Suite is one account and one sign-in for Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar. The install screen names the difference and switches between them in one click.
