What you need

For your own number, scan a QR code with your phone, as you would for WhatsApp Web. A business number managed through Meta needs a connection key from your Meta Business settings.

Setup details

Business numbers use a System User token from Meta Business settings. The WhatsApp tile needs no token: scan a QR code once with your phone, like WhatsApp Web.

The app ships two WhatsApp tiles. WhatsApp Business API sends from a business number through the Meta Cloud API. WhatsApp links your own number with a one-time QR scan, and works with a personal or a WhatsApp Business app account.

Plexon encrypts saved passwords and connection keys on your computer.

When a task uses an online app, that app receives the request. Its results may also be sent to the AI service handling your chat. You can turn the connector on for one workspace and leave it off for another.

Two ways to connect

Choose WhatsApp to connect your personal account or WhatsApp Business app with a QR scan. Choose the business messaging connection to send from a business number managed through Meta. Open Setup details for the exact tile names.
