Building your own persona is a Premium feature. The wizard walks you through identity, the agents, skills, plugins, MCP tools, and API connections to activate, the workflows, dashboards, and hooks to include, the sidebar and welcome screen, and an advanced System Prompt editor. Inline AI sparkle buttons rewrite the description, draft welcome prompts, and draft or polish the whole persona system prompt from your chosen identity and assets.

Open the Marketplace's Installed tab, filter to your persona (and any agents or skills it depends on), and click Export as `.plxm`. Teammates double-click the file and get your setup, ready to activate.

It defaults to correctness first, clarity second, performance third, and reads your code before it writes any. This is the original Plexon voice, now just one persona among twelve.

The Designer persona turns Plexon into a product and interface design partner. It thinks in hierarchy and constraint, defaults to accessible contrast and focus states, and resists clever novelty that doesn’t earn its complexity. Critiques are specific: "the CTA is red and centred, which pulls the eye there first, but the primary action is actually Save on the right."

The Marketer persona turns Plexon into a seasoned growth strategist fluent in positioning, audience research, content marketing, paid media, lifecycle, and analytics. The Stock Trader persona turns Plexon into a trading copilot for stocks, ETFs, indices, and crypto. It looks up tickers by name, pulls live quotes, computes technical indicators, tracks the earnings calendar and crowd sentiment, sizes positions from a fixed risk budget, reviews your trade journal, and explains how the markets, the rules, and the platforms (Revolut, Interactive Brokers, FTMO) actually work. The Trader Cockpit dashboard shows indices and the VIX, live indicators, a hover-readable price chart, an editable watch list that stays in sync with chat, upcoming earnings, a crowd-sentiment card, analyst ratings, a risk calculator, and TradingView chart, heatmap, and economic-calendar panels. Plexon's Personal Shopper finds products across stores, compares prices and features, and turns up cheaper alternatives, then hands you a link to buy on the store itself. It keeps shopping lists and a budget that work across every store, and it never checks out for you.
PersonaMirror
Someone in your corner, every day.
Mirror turns Plexon into a private companion that listens, remembers, and thinks things through with you. It keeps a journal of what matters: notes, decisions with the reasoning behind them, reflections, and how you were doing along the way. Record a short video of yourself once: Mirror can then speak in your own voice and, at meaningful moments, offer a short clip of you talking to yourself. Everything stays on this computer, and the Journal panel lets you read, edit, or delete any of it. Speaking in your voice and rendering clips run heavy local models: they work best on a powerful computer, such as one with a recent NVIDIA graphics card or 64 GB of unified memory. Chat and the journal run fine on any machine.

Open the Settings gear, choose Browse Personas, click a card. Your activations are seeded, the profile becomes active, and the welcome screen refreshes with persona-specific prompt examples. No restart.
Safe Dedup Merge
Installing merges persona seeds into your existing activations without duplicating anything. Your provider keys, theme, and MCP credentials stay untouched. Re-install any time to pick up new seeds shipped in a Plexon update.
Profile-Aware Welcome Screen
When a persona is active, the empty chat state shows the persona’s welcome message, a persona pill with emoji, and up to six tailored prompt chips you can click straight into the input.
AI-Assisted Authoring
The create/edit wizard has inline AI sparkle buttons that rewrite the description and generate welcome prompt examples based on the persona’s name, tagline, and the assets you picked. Works on any setup where the commit-message generator works.
MCP Tool Seeds
Personas can seed MCP server activations alongside agents, skills, and plugins, so a Software Developer profile can auto-enable Playwright and Context7, a Marketer profile can auto-enable Firecrawl, and so on. Missing tools are flagged but never block install.
