For Companies
Your Company,Run From Inside Plexon
Someone in your company needs to approve the new starter, put them in the right group, and make sure they see your catalogs and not the ones meant for another team. That is a panel, and it is part of the app they already installed.

The People in Your Company
A company admin sees their own company and nothing else. Approve someone who signed up, disable an account, edit a name, or promote a colleague to company admin. Filters cover everyone, the ones still pending, the disabled ones, and the other admins. You cannot change your own access, and the button says so rather than failing when you press it.
- Approve, disable, edit, and promote, all from the same row
- Chips for All, Pending, Disabled, and Company admins
- Creating a person is a short dialog: address, password, name
- An address stays read-only once it exists, and a Google account says it signs in with Google
Groups Are Where the Decisions Live
A group is a set of people plus what that set is allowed to reach. Put someone in the Clinicians group and they get the catalogs that group is linked to. Take them out and it goes away on their next call, not at their next sign-in.
- Link a group to one or more of your catalogs
- Hide sidebar buttons the group has no use for
- Grant a group the right to publish a website, or take that right back
- Members are added by searching your own people, never a wider list
Seats and Subscriptions
Four counts at the top: people, subscriptions, active, past due. Below them one row per subscription with the person it belongs to. There is one action, and it is the one that matters at renewal time: cancel at the end of the period, or undo that. A trial row and an already-cancelled row show no action, because there is nothing to do to them.
- Counts are computed under the same scope as the rows, so they agree
- Search plus filters for plan and status
- Cancel at period end, and undo it while the period is still running
- No transfers, no overrides: those stay with Plexon
Out-of-Scope Answers Nothing
A row that belongs to another company answers as if it does not exist, rather than as forbidden. That is deliberate. A "you may not touch this" reply confirms the row is there, which is a leak in itself, so the panel reports "Not in your company" and moves on.
- Every request is scoped to your company on the server, per call
- A demotion takes effect on the next call, not the next sign-in
- A Plexon admin who reaches your company through a group is read-only there
- Every write is logged under the person who made it
What the Panel Gives You
People, Not Licences
Approve, disable and promote from the list you already have. Nothing to reconcile against a separate seat spreadsheet.
Groups Decide Reach
A group links to catalogs, hides buttons, and holds the right to publish a site. One change lands for everyone in it.
Scoped on the Server
Your reach is your company row, checked per request. A row outside it reads as missing rather than as forbidden.
Same App as Everyone
The panel is part of the product your people already installed. There is no second console to buy or deploy.

Where it goes
This requires Company Marketplaces.
A catalog is offered to the groups a company admin picks, so the groups have to exist first.
This requires Company Websites.
A group can publish a site only once a company admin grants it that right.
