Read and write events.
Teams and SharePoint
Send messages to channels and chats, and read SharePoint sites. Needs a work or school account.
Tasks
Read and write tasks across To Do and Planner.
Automations
The mail workflows run on this mailbox the way they do on Gmail: the New email trigger picks it when it is the connected mailbox, replies go back through it, and a workflow can also start on a changed OneDrive file. Dashboards can pin your inbox, calendar, files, and tasks.

What you need
Sign in with a personal Microsoft account (Hotmail, Live, Outlook.com) or a work or school account, using the short code shown during setup. Teams and SharePoint need a work or school account.
Setup details
A Microsoft sign-in with a short code, right in the setup step. No Azure setup and nothing to paste; organizations can bring their own Entra app.
Plexon encrypts saved passwords and connection keys on your computer.
When a task uses an online app, that app receives the request. Its results may also be sent to the AI service handling your chat. You can turn the connector on for one workspace and leave it off for another.
