App Connector · Productivity
Microsoft 365
Mail, files, calendar, and Teams from one connector.
Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, Teams, and more.
What you can do
Turn the connector on with your own account and the assistant works inside Microsoft 365.
Outlook
Read, organize, and send mail.
OneDrive
Read and edit the files you keep there, including Word and Excel documents.
Calendar
Read and write events.
Teams
Send messages to channels and chats you belong to.
Tasks
Read and write tasks across To Do and Planner.
Things you can ask
Type these in chat once the connector is on.
How you sign in
Takes one setup step: register a free app in Microsoft Entra and paste its client ID, then finish with a Microsoft sign-in.
Whatever the method, you do it once. Credentials are encrypted and stay on your machine; the Plexon server never sees them. Activation is per workspace, so the connector can be on for one project and off for another.
More in Productivity
Connectors stack: turn on several and the assistant moves work between them.
Connect Microsoft 365 to Plexon
Install Plexon, open the Apps view, and turn on Microsoft 365, then sign in once. From then on you just ask.
