How it helps
Openings are counted first
Counts every door, window, archway and built-in wall by wall before any design work. A missed window is the most expensive mistake in the job, so it is caught before a render, not after.
Inferred is never measured
A dimension read from a photo is marked "to measure" and never presented as a measurement. When a decision hinges on it, the persona asks for a tape reading.
Directions that really differ
Two options count as distinct only when they differ on at least four of seven axes: plan, ceiling, floor, seating, storage, lighting and what the room is for. New paint and new cushions are one direction, not three.

Brief, room model, direction set, pilot render, spend and report each wait for your yes. Any paid step, such as a render that spends credits, comes with its price before it runs.
