What you need
An API key from your MeltFlex account settings, pasted once. Needs an active paid MeltFlex subscription; every generation spends credits from that account.
Setup details
One setting, MELTFLEX_API_KEY. Create the key under Settings in your MeltFlex account (it starts with mf_sk_) and paste it into the connector. You can rotate it from the same page later.
Credits per call: 10 per image (8 on lite, 15 on pro, times the number of variations), 100 or 150 per walkthrough video, 75 for a furniture model, 100 for a floorplan model, 30 for a draft 3D world and 200 for an HD one. A failed build is refunded. The assistant says the price before anything above 30 credits and offers a draft before HD.
Every result is a file saved into your project. A walkthrough video or an explorable 3D world can follow a render. The download links MeltFlex issues expire after about three days, so the saved file is the copy to keep.
Plexon encrypts saved passwords and connection keys on your computer.
When a task uses an online app, that app receives the request. Its results may also be sent to the AI service handling your chat. You can turn the connector on for one workspace and leave it off for another.
