Do this
Open the Connections panel and browse the catalog.

Pick something you use daily: WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Drive, Notion.
Install it and sign in with your own account when prompted.
Ask a question that can only be answered from inside that app.
Try this
Using my <Gmail> account, find everything from the last seven days that is still waiting on a reply from me. List them oldest first with who sent them and what they asked.
If your tool is not in the catalog, import its OpenAPI spec or a Postman collection instead.
You are done when
It answers using something that exists only in your account, not on the public web.
What just happened
The credential is yours and stays on your machine. Nothing is brokered through a platform account, which is why the assistant can see exactly what you can see and nothing else.
