Workflow + LinkedIn Manager

A LinkedIn postin your voice, ready to paste

LinkedIn weekly content is a workflow that ships with Plexon, switched off. Once a week it plans your posts. On each posting day it writes that day's post in your own voice, takes the AI tells out, and hands it to you to paste on LinkedIn. It never posts for you. Set up your voice profile in chat with the LinkedIn manager first, then turn it on.

First, teach it your voice

Every post is written against a short profile of how you write: your topics, the proof you can point to, the words you use and the ones you never would. Open a chat with the LinkedIn manager agent and say "set up my LinkedIn voice from these three posts", with three posts you wrote, and say who you write for. It works out your voice from them, shows you the profile and saves it on your computer.

  • The LinkedIn manager comes with the Marketer persona, or turn it on yourself in Agents
  • Until the profile is filled in, a run only tells you to set it up, and writes nothing
  • Ask the LinkedIn manager to change it any time

Then set the week once

The workflow arrives switched off. Right-click LinkedIn weekly content in Workflows and choose Settings, then turn it on. Every run reads these values.

  • Planning day: the day the week gets planned, Monday by default
  • Posts a week, 3 to 5. Four by default, because the fifth post of a week is usually the weak one
  • When your readers are at a desk: Tuesday to Thursday, 07:30 to 09:30 by default
  • Your readers' time zone, when it is not yours
  • The language the posts are written in
  • An engagement list: ten people to comment on each week, five with reach, three peers and two buyers
  • A morning reminder with that list on days with no post

Planning day

It checks every morning at 06:30. On the planning day, on the first run, or when the plan is older than six days, the LinkedIn manager plans the next seven days and saves the plan as a file you can open. A notice shows you the week.

  • A mix of five kinds of post: Proof, Opinion, Teach, Story and Offer
  • Never two posts of the same kind back to back
  • Each post built on one of 21 hook formulas
  • Every post timed inside the hours your readers are at a desk
  • No theme you posted about in the last 14 days
  • Each one starts from something that happened to you, taken from your profile, never a bare topic
  • On days with no post it does nothing, or sends the engagement reminder if you asked for one

Posting day

On a day with a post in the plan, it writes three opening lines, drafts the post on the strongest, and runs it through a cleaner on your computer that strips em dashes, stock phrases and other signs of AI writing. A scorer then checks it reads like a person, and it rewrites until the post passes.

  • A desktop notice says "LinkedIn post ready" with the kind of post and the time to post it
  • Click it to open the text file. Select all, copy, and paste it on LinkedIn
  • The run report shows the post with its kind, opening, length in characters, human score and posting time
  • A link goes in a first comment under the post, never in the post itself
  • It never invents a number, a client or an outcome. When a fact is missing it stops and says what it needs, and you finish the post in chat

Approve once you have posted it

Under the post sits an approval: "Posted it? Approve to log it". Approve after you have pasted it on LinkedIn, and a line goes into your log so next week's plan does not repeat the theme or the opening.

  • Reject, or no answer within 20 hours, leaves it out of the log
  • Posted it anyway? Tell the LinkedIn manager in chat and it adds the line
  • To change the text, press Continue in chat on the report and say what to change

Plexon never posts for you

This workflow never opens LinkedIn. LinkedIn does not allow automated posting, and a post under your name is yours to read before it goes out. Plexon writes it; you paste it.

  • Your voice profile, the plan, the drafts and the log stay in files on your computer
  • Each run has its own AI spending cap, and a day with nothing to do ends before any AI is used
  • It needs Plexon running, open or in the tray. A computer that is asleep or off does not run it

What It Leaves to You

Planned Once a Week

Three to five posts on the day you choose, timed for when your readers are at a desk.

Ready to Paste

The post lands in a text file and in the run report, with its line breaks kept.

Scored Before You See It

A cleaner and a scorer on your computer take the AI tells out until the post reads like you.

You Press Publish

Plexon never posts and never opens LinkedIn. The approval only records that you posted.

No Repeats

Every post you approve goes into your log, and the next plan skips its theme and its opening.

Your Files, Your Computer

Voice profile, plan, drafts and log are plain files in your Plexon folder.

What feeds it

  • 192 AI Agents requires this.

The LinkedIn manager agent plans the week and writes each post, and you set up your voice profile with it in chat before the first run.

Where it goes

  • This runs inside Dynamic Workflows.

LinkedIn weekly content is a bundled workflow: a morning check that ends without AI on a day with nothing to do, a planning step once a week, a writing step on posting days, and an approval that logs what you posted.
