Workflow + Dashboard + Registry Tools

New Greek companies, scored every weekday morning

ΓΕΜΗ lead radar is a workflow that ships with Plexon, switched off. Every weekday at 09:00 it asks the Greek business registry (ΓΕΜΗ) for companies registered in the last two weeks in the sectors and prefectures you chose, skips the ones it has already filed, and scores each new one against what you sell. Every company lands in a lead sheet with a fit score, the reason and a short Greek opener you could send as a first message. The ones above your threshold go to your outreach list, and a board of the same name shows the newest registrations live beside them.

Who it is for

Anyone who sells to Greek companies and would rather hear about a new one the week it opens than a year later. A company a few weeks old has no accountant, no insurer, no software, no bank package and no suppliers yet, and the people who founded it still answer the phone themselves.

  • Accountants and tax advisers watching the ΚΑΔ codes they serve
  • Insurers and brokers who want every new ΙΚΕ in their prefecture
  • Software vendors and agencies selling to one sector
  • Any B2B seller whose first customer meeting is a cold message

What one run does

It runs at 09:00 Athens time on weekdays. The search, the dedupe and the filing are plain tool steps and spend no AI. Only the scoring does, once per new company.

  • Asks the registry for companies registered in the last 14 days with your ΚΑΔ codes, in your prefectures and legal forms
  • Skips every company already in its lead sheet, by registry number
  • Keeps the newest 15, the default for one run
  • Writes why each one matched: the ΚΑΔ, the place, the legal form and the registration date
  • Scores the fit from 0 to 100 against what you sell, with a one-sentence reason and the angle to lead with
  • Writes a short Greek opener in the formal plural, two or three sentences, no prices and no exclamation marks
  • Files every company in a Data Source called ΓΕΜΗ radar leads
  • Companies at fit 70 or above go to your outreach list under the campaign gemi-radar
  • Ends with a desktop digest: how many new, how many hot, and the top eight with their score

Set it up once

The workflow arrives switched off, with its criteria set for software, consulting, accounting and advertising companies in Attica and Thessaloniki. Three settings make it yours.

  • A key, or nothing: signed in to Plexon, the radar uses Plexon's registry key. Your own key is free from the registry's form and arrives in a few working days; paste it under Settings, API Connections, ΓΕΜΗ Open Data, and it is used first
  • What you sell: right-click ΓΕΜΗ lead radar in Workflows, open Settings, and replace the default text (it describes Plexon) with your own product. The score, the reason and the opener all follow from it
  • The sectors: ask in chat which ΚΑΔ codes cover accounting firms, or dental clinics, or e-shops. It looks them up in the registry's own list and tells you which ones it would watch. Paste them into Activity codes
  • The places: prefectures by name, as the registry spells them (Αττικής, Θεσσαλονίκης). Leave the list empty for all of Greece
  • Turn it on. Plexon has to be running, open or in the tray

The board of the same name

The filters up top read the live registry; the lower half is what your radar has filed. It refreshes every hour while it is open.

  • Filters: prefecture, ΚΑΔ, legal form, status, and registered within 7, 14, 30 or 90 days
  • Newest registrations: registry number, ΑΦΜ, legal form, date, seat, main activity, and the email and website when the company filed them
  • Add to outreach on a registry row puts that company straight into your campaign, before the radar has scored it
  • Five tiles over the result and a list that opens each company on its public registry page
  • My radar leads: every filed company with its fit, reason, how it matched and stage
  • On a lead's row, Add to outreach puts it in your campaign and Mark contacted records that you reached them
  • The last run's brief, its top leads, and a chart of your leads by prefecture

Ask the registry in chat

The registry tools behind the radar work in any conversation, under every persona. Plexon resolves the sector to ΚΑΔ codes first and says which it chose, reports the registry's own total before the list, and links each company to its public page.

  • "Find companies registered in Attica this month that could use our product"
  • "Build a lead list of companies founded this quarter in Thessaloniki that need marketing"
  • "Ποιες νέες εταιρείες με λογιστικούς ΚΑΔ ιδρύθηκαν στη Θεσσαλονίκη φέτος;"
  • "Who runs this company, and is it still active?" gives the representatives, the capital and every activity with its dates
  • Search by sector, prefecture, municipality, legal form, status, and a date window the registry itself does not offer

What it costs

Reading the registry is free and spends no AI. The AI work is one short call per new company, for the score, the reason and the opener. A quiet day with nothing new costs nothing.

  • At most 15 new companies a run by default; raise or lower it in Settings
  • Each run has its own AI spending cap
  • Phone lookup is off by default. On, an agent reads each company's own website for a number and quotes the line it came from, which is a second, longer call per company

The limits, plainly

The registry is the official one and the data is licensed for commercial use (ODC-BY-1.0), with the source line shown on every result. What it does not hold, Plexon does not invent.

  • There are no phone numbers in the registry. Email and website appear only when the company filed them
  • The registry has no date filter of its own. Plexon pages newest-first until it passes your window, and says so when it had to stop early
  • The registry limits how fast it answers. Plexon waits and retries once, and runs one search at a time
  • Your own key takes a few working days to arrive. Signed in, you do not need one
  • Nothing is scraped from the public portal; only the official open data service is read
  • The radar files companies, not people. No representative's name lands in the lead sheet

How it stays honest

Weekdays at nine

One run each weekday morning, Athens time. It catches up after a day the computer was off.

Your criteria, saved

ΚΑΔ codes, prefectures, legal forms and a window in days live in the workflow's Settings and every run reads them.

Every match carries its proof

Never a bare name. Each lead says which ΚΑΔ, which place, which legal form and which date matched, before the AI adds a score.

A key, or your sign-in

Your own free registry key is used first when you have one. Without it, signing in to Plexon is enough.

Licensed data, credited

ΓΕΜΗ Open Data allows commercial reuse with attribution. Every result and every export carries the source line.

No guessed numbers

The registry has no phones. With lookup on, a number is kept only with the page and the line it was read from. Otherwise the field stays empty.

Connects to

Nothing here works alone. See the whole map for how the pieces fit together.

What feeds it

  • API Connections feeds this.

Your own registry key, when you have one, lives in the ΓΕΜΗ Open Data connection under Settings. Signed in to Plexon, the radar uses Plexon's key instead.

Where it goes

  • This runs inside Dynamic Workflows.

ΓΕΜΗ lead radar is a bundled workflow: a registry search with a date window, a dedupe against its own lead sheet, one AI call per new company for the score and the opener, and a morning digest, with the sectors, the prefectures and what you sell in Settings.

  • This feeds Data Sources.

Every company the radar scores becomes a row in its own Data Source, ΓΕΜΗ radar leads, and the next run skips the registry numbers already there.

  • This renders into Dashboards.

The board of the same name shows the newest registrations live beside the leads the radar has filed, with Add to outreach and Mark contacted on each row.
