App Connector · CRM & support
Salesforce
Query, update, and report on Salesforce in plain language.
Query and update records and run SOQL.
What you can do
Turn the connector on with your own account and the assistant works inside Salesforce.
Read records
Pull records and object metadata across your org.
Run queries
SOQL and SOSL, written for you from a plain question.
Update records
Create and update records on your behalf.
Things you can ask
Type these in chat once the connector is on.
How you sign in
Sign in with your username, password, and the security token Salesforce emails you. OAuth with a client ID and secret also works.
Whatever the method, you do it once. Credentials are encrypted and stay on your machine; the Plexon server never sees them. Activation is per workspace, so the connector can be on for one project and off for another.
More in CRM & support
Connectors stack: turn on several and the assistant moves work between them.
Connect Salesforce to Plexon
Install Plexon, open the Apps view, and turn on Salesforce, then sign in once. From then on you just ask.
