Twenty

Your own open source CRM, worked from chat.

Work your own Twenty CRM: companies, people, deals, notes, and tasks.

What you can do

Turn the connector on with your own account and the assistant works inside Twenty.

Read the CRM

Companies, people, deals, notes, tasks, and your custom objects.

Keep the pipeline moving

Capture leads, advance deals, and log notes and tasks as you talk.

Shape the data model

Add fields and custom objects that match how you sell.

Start from nothing

The assistant can set Twenty up for you first: self-hosted with Docker or on Twenty cloud.

Things you can ask

Type these in chat once the connector is on.

Set up a CRM for my business and shape it around how we sellAdd the lead I just met: Ada Lovelace at Acme, from the conferenceMove the Acme deal to Proposal and log a note from the callWhich deals over 10k have not moved in two weeks?

How you sign in

Create an API key in Twenty under Settings, APIs & Webhooks, then paste your server URL and the key. Works with a self-hosted instance and with Twenty cloud.

Whatever the method, you do it once. Credentials are encrypted and stay on your machine; the Plexon server never sees them. Activation is per workspace, so the connector can be on for one project and off for another.

Connect Twenty to Plexon

Install Plexon, open the Apps view, and turn on Twenty, then sign in once. From then on you just ask.
