App Connector · CRM & support
Twenty
Track customers and sales in Twenty from chat.
Manage companies, contacts, deals, notes, and tasks in your Twenty customer records.
What you can do
A connector lets the assistant use an app or tool for you. Once connected, ask it to work with Twenty.
Read customer records
Companies, people, deals, notes, tasks, and the custom record types you use.
Keep the pipeline moving
Capture leads, advance deals, and log notes and tasks as you talk.
Choose the fields you need
Add fields and record types that match how you sell.
Start from nothing
The assistant can set Twenty up on your own servers or on Twenty cloud.
Things you can ask
Type these in chat once the connector is on.
What you need
Use Twenty on your own servers or in Twenty cloud. Copy your Twenty address and an account connection key into Plexon.
Setup details
Create an API key in Twenty under Settings, APIs & Webhooks, then paste your server URL and the key. Works with a self-hosted instance and with Twenty cloud.
For an installation on your own servers, Twenty uses Docker. Twenty cloud is the hosted option.
Plexon encrypts saved passwords and connection keys on your computer.
When a task uses an online app, that app receives the request. Its results may also be sent to the AI service handling your chat. You can turn the connector on for one workspace and leave it off for another.
