App Connector · Developer & cloud
Code Graph
Understand how a codebase fits together.
Find how parts of a codebase connect, where functions are defined, and which parts call them.
What you can do
A connector lets the assistant use an app or tool for you. Once connected, ask it to work with Code Graph.
Trace calls
Callers and callees of any function, up to five hops, with how each edge was resolved.
Find symbols
Search functions, methods, types and files by name pattern, with file and line.
Read a shipped graph
Answer from a graph a marketplace ships for a private codebase, with no source on your machine.
Things you can ask
Type these in chat once the connector is on.
What you need
No account is needed. Plexon downloads the required software for your computer. Windows, macOS, and Linux are supported on both x64 and arm64 computers.
Setup details
No account. The first install downloads a local engine (codebase-memory-mcp) for your computer. Windows, macOS and Linux, x64 and arm64.
When a task uses an online app, that app receives the request. Its results may also be sent to the AI service handling your chat. You can turn the connector on for one workspace and leave it off for another.
More in Developer & cloud
Connectors stack: turn on several and the assistant moves work between them.
