Home Assistant

Lights, AC, and TV from chat.

Control lights, climate, TVs, and scenes through your Home Assistant hub, and read its sensors.

What you can do

Turn the connector on with your own account and the assistant works inside Home Assistant.

See your home

Every device and sensor the hub knows, with its current state.

Control devices

Switch things on and off; set light brightness and color, AC temperature and mode, TV volume and source.

Scenes and services

Activate scenes and call any Home Assistant service, from the vacuum to the garage door.

Look back

Read state history: when a device turned on, off, or changed overnight.

Things you can ask

Type these in chat once the connector is on.

How you sign in

Create a long-lived access token in your Home Assistant profile (Security tab) and paste it in with your instance address. Works with any Home Assistant your computer can reach on the network, including one on a Raspberry Pi. Xiaomi, WiZ, Aqara, and every other brand the hub already knows works without extra setup.

Whatever the method, you do it once. Credentials are encrypted and stay on your machine; the Plexon server never sees them. Activation is per workspace, so the connector can be on for one project and off for another.

Connect Home Assistant to Plexon

Install Plexon, open the Apps view, and turn on Home Assistant, then sign in once. From then on you just ask.
